If you intend to use your car transporter trailer to move a large number of different vehicles, pay attention to the loading angle of the ramps. Trailers with short ramps or a steep load angle will make it difficult to drive some cars onto the trailer.
You can purchase or hire a tilt bed trailer upon which you can load a vehicle. Be aware that the load angle on these types of trailer is often quite steep making it difficult to load cars with a low ride height onto the trailer.
I have a beaver tail car transporter trailer that does a great job however I have to strap the ramps onto the deck as there are no mounting points anywhere on the trailer for the ramps. What do you guys do?...View Entire Thread
