Traffic on a motorway is travelling very fast. If you need to return to the motorway from the hard shoulder, use the hard shoulder to gain speed until you are travelling fast enough to merge with the Motorway traffic.
The maximum speed you can travel on UK motorway or dual carriageway with a trailer is 60mph. This assumes that there are no road works or other speed limits in force (i.e. 30mph restrictions), the fastest you travel on single carriageway is 50mph.
I have purchased an old caravan (Compass Omega Merit 400-4) which has badly perished tyres. The size on the tyre is 165 S R13 82T.
