You can buy heavy duty ratchet straps on a popular auction site for very reasonable prices. These straps allow you to really tie a car down securely by each wheel so there is no chance of it shifting whilst in transit.
Traffic on a motorway is travelling very fast. If you need to return to the motorway from the hard shoulder, use the hard shoulder to gain speed until you are travelling fast enough to merge with the Motorway traffic.
Thanks for your help with my previous posting erf the broken down 2.5 tdi T4 transporter. But all is still not well.
